Slow Smoked Pork Belly - Easy method for a juicy, tender roast.

This pork belly is ultra tender, smokey, crusted in herbs and seasonings, and perfect all year round.

We are using holiday herbs to imitate a standing rib roast but for a fraction of the cost. If you’ve never slow-roasted or slow-smoked a pork belly then you NEED to try this.

The herb paste creates a super thick bark and you could use it on smoked chicken, a rib-eye roast, and roasted potatoes. When added to the pork belly and slow-smoked, the flavors melt into the pork belly creating rich and flavor packed slices. The fat renders to the point of melting and the seasoning creates a crust you won’t believe.

We are using our Razzle Dazzle seasoning or you can mix your own. Just screenshot the list of ingredients on our website www.hlmbbq.com/shop
